I received my Bachelor of Arts degree in English from San Diego State University in 2001. Later, in 2007, I earned my Master of Arts in Rhetoric and Writing Studies also at San Diego State University. I have taught freshman and sophomore composition classes for the Department of Rhetoric and Writing Studies at San Diego State and I currently teach English and AVID Elective classes at El Cajon Valley High School, California.
