A Message from Mr. LeMaster
My courses are designed to challenge you academically and personally. I expect you to work hard, live honorably, make good decisions, take risks, and learn from your mistakes. This is not an easy task. Greatness (not to be confused with perfection) takes effort: at times, sacrifice. As you strive toward excellence, you will experience positive changes in your relationships with your family and friends, in your attitude toward school and success, and in your belief in yourself and others.
I expect you to be dedicated to your learning and the makings of your future. You must also expect the same from yourself. Like all things in life, what you want does not come free (or easy); you must be willing to work hard and stay committed. Consider the achievements of Michael Phelps, the most accomplished Olympian of all time. He set a goal for himself: win eight gold medals in the 2008 Beijing Olympics. To realize his dream, he would have to dedicate his life to practicing and improving his talent. He would also have to believe. On August 16, 2008, Michael Phelps realized his dream. What is your dream? What will you need to do? Life is your game to win! Play it to win!
